TIG Welder – Full-Time
Pay Rate: $22.00–$28.00 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with light-gauge stainless steel and be confident performing TIG welding in a production environment.
Candidates with MIG welding experience are strongly preferred and will be considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform TIG welding on light-gauge stainless-steel materials.
- Produce clean, precise, high-quality welds according to specifications.
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and effectively.
- Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines.
- Perform additional welding-related duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous TIG welding experience required.
- Hands-on experience welding light-gauge stainless steel is required.
- MIG welding experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Compensation
$22.00–$28.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
