Bakery Assistant Manager

Part-Time | Approx. 32 Hours per Week | $18/hr | Collegeville, PA

This is a great opportunity for someone with retail, food service, hospitality, or customer service leadership experience who is ready to grow their management skills in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do

Help lead daily bakery operations and support the store manager
Deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers with product selections
Train, coach, and motivate team members to provide exceptional service
Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and product presentation
Help drive sales through promotions, displays, and customer engagement
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are maintained
Resolve customer concerns professionally and positively

What We're Looking For

Previous leadership, supervisory, key holder, shift lead, or management experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team-first mentality
Dependable and willing to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays
Passion for delivering memorable customer experiences
