The role is responsible for answering and routing incoming calls, scheduling patient appointments, and obtaining/confirming patient information. This job is full time, in-person, hourly, Monday through Friday with an excellent benefits package. Bilingual (Marshallese/English) candidates preferred. This position is Full Time, in-person at our Springdale Admin location, and is scheduled Monday - Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.Key ResponsibilitiesProvides exceptional customer service during all exchanges with patients and other callers.Enters new patients into the electronic medical record completely and accurately.Confirms or updates existing patient demographic information completely and accurately.Schedules medical patient appointments and routes dental patient appointment inquiries appropriately.Ensures provider schedules are filled according to clinic guidelines.Trouble shoots medical calls and routes accordingly.SkillsAbility to work and function independently and within a team.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people of all backgroundsKnowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office SoftwareAble to perform proficiently on current practice management system and/or electronic medical records.Required QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent is required.Preferred QualificationsBilingual ability (Spanish/English or Marshallese/English) is preferredSome customer service or call center experience preferredExperience with electronic medical records is preferredWhy Join Community Clinic?Be a part of a mission-driven organization committed to providing access to health-care to everyone in your community!Excellent Benefits Package including:Health, Vision, Dental and Life Insurance403(b) Retirement plan (automatic employer contribution of 5% per paycheck!)Paid Time Off and 10 Annual Paid HolidaysEmployee Discounts for Care
