In addition to base pay, this position offers commission opportunities and monthly and quarterly bonus incentives, providing significant earning potential.Drive branch sales, operations, and profitability.Lead, coach, develop, and hold recruiting and sales teams accountable.Ensure recruiting success, customer service, and on-time order fulfillment.Build/Grow client relationships and drive business development.Maintain compliance and a high-performing team culture.Branch Manager Qualifications:Management, supervisory, or team-lead experience.Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency.Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Strong verbal and written communication skills.A valid driver's license is requiredApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employmentA conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
