About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for IT Operations, Services, and Program Management. This executive will be a key leader in the technology organization, with a focus on operational execution, delivery discipline, and the maturity of IT services. The successful candidate will be responsible for enterprise technology program delivery, IT service management, and IT end-user services. They will lead a team of professionals in these areas, ensuring that strategic technology work is executed with accountability and measurable outcomes. The role also involves portfolio governance, value realization, and the operational enablement of the Office of the CITO. Applicants must have a minimum of 18 years' of progressive leadership experience in healthcare IT environments, with a strong background in managing complex technology programs. Experience with Epic is strongly preferred. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in enterprise PMO, technology delivery, IT operations, client services, or service management functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial acumen, excellent executive communication skills, and a commitment to the mission and values of the organization. Responsibilities include leading a team of professionals, establishing and maturing enterprise practices, and driving the continual improvement of the technology operating model.
