Physical Therapist Director Location Middletown, VA Position Type Full-Time Salary $90,000-$120,000 per year Schedule Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Summary We are hiring a Physical Therapist Director for an outpatient physical therapy office in Middletown, VA. This role is responsible for leading clinical services, supporting therapy staff, and ensuring patients receive effective and well-coordinated care. The Physical Therapist Director will manage both treatment responsibilities and clinic leadership duties, making this a strong fit for a PT who is ready to guide patient outcomes, staff performance, and operational consistency.
