Chief Radiation Therapist Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of radiation therapists to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
• Oversee the administration of radiation therapy treatments, ensuring patient safety and treatment accuracy.
• Develop, implement, and maintain radiation therapy protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Manage departmental operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Maintain and troubleshoot radiation therapy equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Stay current with advancements in radiation therapy and ensure ongoing professional development for the team.

Chief Radiation Therapist Qualifications:

• ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (required).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in radiation therapy, with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of radiation therapy techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
