Join a precision manufacturing team in Rockford, ILYour impact
- Own setups and daily operation of single- and multi-blow cold heading/thread rolling machines
- Translate blueprints and technical drawings into accurate, repeatable production
- Execute preventative maintenance before/after tooling changes
- Inspect tooling, setups, and finished parts; ensure strict print compliance
- Repair/maintain tooling and dies; keep equipment production-ready
- Dial in machines for peak quality and output through targeted adjustments
- Load wire coils onto spool racks safely and efficiently
- Operate a forklift safely (license preferred)
- Coach and mentor developing operators to elevate team capability
- Champion a clean, organized, and safe workplace
- High School Diploma
- 2–5+ years hands-on experience with thread rolling or cold heading equipment
- Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting capability
- Ability to read blueprints/specs and use precision measuring instruments
- Solid shop math foundation

- 1st AND 2nd Shifts
- 1st: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- 2nd: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.
- OT: Friday and Saturday
