Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal

Primary responsibilities:

• Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and routine equipment checks.
• Secure, transport, and deliver flatbed freight safely and on schedule.
• Maintain accurate logs, paperwork, and communication with dispatch.

Drivers earn 80% of gross with typical weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000 and can pursue ownership within a year through the lease-to-own program. Additional advantages include pet/rider-friendly policies, 24/7 support, formal inspection processes, 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner equipment, and a 90-day test drive.
