Cashier – Sprouts Farmers Market, West Melbourne, FL Job Overview Join our fast‑paced, friendly environment as the face of the company, ensuring excellent customer service while handling cash and maintaining a clean checkout area. Responsibilities Process customer orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and debit payments. Assist customers with information and resolve complaints. Maintain checkout area cleanliness and order. Keep knowledge of weekly ads, product locations, and store events. Assist with stocking shelves, facing, and dusting as needed. Communicate effectively with front‑end manager and Head Cashier. Execute any other duties assigned by management. Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent. 1–2 years recent cashiering experience. Outgoing, friendly demeanor with a positive attitude. Ability to operate front‑end equipment (register, calculator, scanner). Dependable and flexible, willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication skills and ability to take direction. Ability to perform repetitive activities, multitask, prioritize, and stay organized. Physical requirements: lift or carry up to 30lb. over distances up to 4ft. for up to 50hours; use both hands for grocery carts requiring up to 35lb. of force.
