Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students’ communication growth in a collaborative school setting near Petaluma, CA. We're seeking professionals eager to contribute their Speech-Language Pathology expertise in flexible, part-time roles that prioritize direct student impact and professional development.

Two engaging positions are available:

• Position 1: Covering maternity leave from August through December 2026, work three days per week managing an SLP caseload. Focus areas include IEP development, comprehensive assessments, report writing, and supervision of services delivered by an SLPA.
• Position 2: Commit to a 0.4 FTE schedule (two days a week) for the full academic year, serving K-5 students. Enjoy providing speech-language services and engaging in all regular SLP responsibilities at the elementary level.

Desired Background and Credentials:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field
• Current California SLP licensure and/or eligibility
• ASHA Certification (CCC) or qualification as a Clinical Fellow (CFY) welcomed
• Experience in a school-based environment preferred
• Familiarity with IEP process, assessment tools, and documentation
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and provide direct therapy for students according to IEPs
• Develop, write, and monitor IEP goals in coordination with educational teams and families
• Prepare assessment reports and progress updates
• Supervise and support SLPA as necessary (maternity leave role)
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student progress plans
