Senior Accountant

About the Opportunity:
\nSayva Solutions is partnering with a growing professional services firm to hire a Senior Accountant for their advisory accounting team. This role will support complex client engagements end-to-end, support month-end close and reconciliations, and support process and systems improvements. The environment is fast-paced, highly consultative, and technology-forward.

\n Work arrangement: Remote (United States)
\n
\n Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 base salary
\n Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
\n
\n Responsibilities:
\n• Prepare and support month-end close schedules to ensure accurate accounting records
\n• Perform full-cycle accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
\n• Reconcile bank and credit card activity and support cash and balance sheet reconciliations
\n• Support crypto-related accounting processes, including crypto subledger tie-outs and portfolio reconciliations as needed
\n• Assist with outsourced accounting engagements across a portfolio of clients
\n• Support tax-related workstreams such as reconciliation support, audit support, and coordination with tax teams
\n• Contribute to system implementations and process improvement initiatives to strengthen workflows and controls
\n• Prepare financial statements, reports, and client-ready deliverables; help surface trends and issues in financial data
\n• Coordinate effectively with global and cross-functional stakeholders, including team members in multiple time zones
\n
\n Qualifications:
\n• Bachelor`s degree in Accounting (related degrees such as Business, Finance, or Economics may be considered)
\n• 3 or more years of accounting experience with strong full-cycle accounting fundamentals
\n• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement support in a client-service environment preferred
\n• At least 1 year of Crypto and digital asset accounting experience is required (exposure to exchanges, wallets, subledgers, or portfolio reconciliations)
\n• Experience supporting accounting system implementations and process improvements
\n• Proficiency with QuickBooks; comfort working across multiple tools and systems such as NetSuite and Sage is a plus
\n• Comfortable leveraging modern tools and technology in accounting workflows (including AI-enabled tools and reporting platforms)
\n• Strong organization and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
