Development Coordinator

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Dane County is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Development Coordinator to support our Fund Development team. This role plays a critical behind-the-scenes function in ensuring that all revenue is accurately tracked, recorded, and acknowledged. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data and systems, values consistency and accuracy, and seeks a part-time role with meaningful responsibility. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the tracking and processing of all incoming donations across platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems Manage gift entry, coding, and reconciliation, working with staff and the accountant to resolve any discrepancies Process incoming mail and donations, including scanning, logging, and preparing deposits Generate and coordinate donor acknowledgments, ensuring timely and thoughtful communication Support basic financial coordination, including expense tracking, reporting, and maintaining organized records #J-18808-Ljbffr
