• Schedule meetings for candidates with our recruiters for more comprehensive screenings
• Follow up regularly to maintain candidate interest and support them on their hiring journey
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in documenting interactions in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on the successful meetings set, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your efforts
