Product Manager

- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and market demands. Define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
- Oversee the development process, coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and ensure that the project stays on track.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews to ensure the development team is aligned with the product goals. Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to drive product excellence.
- Work through product roadblocks through problem-solving and initiatives.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Plan and execute product launches and prepare support materials.
- Track product performance through metrics and analytics to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Gather and analyze feedback from users to continually improve the product.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and translate their needs into actionable product requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and users.
- Meeting regularly with staff attorneys to ensure compliance with subject matter.
- Several years of experience in product management or related roles, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) is often preferred, though relevant experience and skills can sometimes substitute for formal education.
- Deep understanding of customer needs and user experience to ensure the product meets or exceeds user expectations.
- Knowledge of software development processes (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and methodologies.
- Familiarity with programming concepts and technologies relevant to the product.
- Experience in defining and executing product strategies and roadmaps.
- Ability to envision the long-term potential of the product and align it with business goals.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work with diverse teams, including development, design, marketing, and customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating clear product documentation, presentations, and reports.
- Strong analytical skills to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
- Skills in conducting market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
