What you'll do:

Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and market demands. Define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
Oversee the development process, coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and ensure that the project stays on track.
Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews to ensure the development team is aligned with the product goals. Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to drive product excellence.
Work through product roadblocks through problem-solving and initiatives.
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Plan and execute product launches and prepare support materials.
Track product performance through metrics and analytics to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
Gather and analyze feedback from users to continually improve the product.
Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and translate their needs into actionable product requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and users.
Meeting regularly with staff attorneys to ensure compliance with subject matter.

What you'll need:

Several years of experience in product management or related roles, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) is often preferred, though relevant experience and skills can sometimes substitute for formal education.
Deep understanding of customer needs and user experience to ensure the product meets or exceeds user expectations.
Knowledge of software development processes (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and methodologies.
Familiarity with programming concepts and technologies relevant to the product.
Experience in defining and executing product strategies and roadmaps.
Ability to envision the long-term potential of the product and align it with business goals.
Proficiency in managing multiple projects, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines.
Ability to work with diverse teams, including development, design, marketing, and customers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating clear product documentation, presentations, and reports.
Strong analytical skills to identify problems and develop effective solutions.
Skills in conducting market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
