We are seeking a compassionate and care-minded Client Care Coordinator to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of East Columbus. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and families, while also ensuring that our high standards of care are met. As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and families, handling incoming inquiry calls, conducting home assessments, and providing exemplary customer service. You will also communicate regularly with clients and their families to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming client inquiry calls
• Complete home assessments for new clients
• Provide exemplary customer service
• Communicate regularly with clients and their families

Requirements:

• Experience: One year supervisory or management experience in a home care setting preferred
• Education: High school diploma
• STNA required or HHA 2 years' experience
• Skills: Developing personal relationships, time management skills, exemplary communication skills
• Characteristics: Self-motivated, willing to learn, and comfortable working in an autonomous environment
