Office Manager Sandusky, OH

Office Location: Sandusky OH

Responsibilities :

• Schedule Management : Assist the Scheduling Manager with monitoring client and caregiver availability to ensure that all shifts are properly staffed.
• Recruiting: Assist the Recruiting Manager with sourcing hiring and onboarding new caregivers.
• Marketing: Assist the Operating Director with marketing and community events and help build relationships through face-to-face marketing
• Customer Service : Assist with incoming calls from prospective and current clients and caregivers.
• Administration : Provide general operational support to the Operating Director.
• On-Call : Rotate managing phone calls after hours to ensure that all shifts are properly staffed.

Pay Type: Salary - $42500 annually
