HNN Communities is hiring an Assistant Community Manager in Lynnwood, WA. The role supports the Community Manager in daily operations across leasing, compliance, accounting, and resident satisfaction, with emphasis on tax credit housing experience. The position requires at least 2 years in property management, strong leasing skills, and knowledge of LIHTC compliance.
