AI Agent Power User [Remote]

Role Overview

Help improve next-generation AI systems by applying your professional expertise to realistic business workflows. This contract role focuses on testing AI assistants, evaluating their outputs, and producing detailed feedback that informs AI research and product teams. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Run complex, multi-step business scenarios with AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude, reflecting authentic professional workflows.
• Document each step and note where AI performance meets or falls short of real business needs.
• Evaluate and score AI-generated work against established rubrics and criteria for quality, completeness, and relevance.
• Write clear, constructive, actionable feedback based on evaluation findings.
• Identify recurring AI strengths, weaknesses, and process-improvement opportunities.
• Connect AI tools with workplace platforms such as Google Drive, Gmail, Slack, and Notion to recreate practical use cases.
• Maintain precise written records and communicate findings in professional English to support transparent, reproducible work.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in any business function, using technology to address operational challenges.
• Bachelor''s degree or higher in any field.
• Regular, hands-on use of ChatGPT and/or Claude for real work, beyond experimentation.
• Experience applying, grading, or creating evaluation rubrics, QA scorecards, or content-review guidelines. Academic, quality assurance, hiring, or annotation experience is strongly valued.
• Comfort integrating AI tools with business software and productivity platforms.
• Excellent written English skills, especially for clear documentation and actionable feedback.

Work Terms

• Independent contractor engagement.
• Remote work, available to candidates based in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.

Compensation

• $30 to $90 per hour.

Eligibility

• Must be authorized to perform contract work in the listed locations. US-based candidates are strongly preferred.
