Your Role

Your Responsibilities
- Own the entire search process from initial discussions through to successful placements.
- Engage as a consultant partner, deeply understanding client needs, challenges, and workplace culture.
- Utilize strategic sourcing methods with our proprietary CRM/ATS, alongside your network and advanced communication tools.
- Maximize our innovative platform to keep candidates organized, track communications, and automate outreach seamlessly.
- Focus on permanent placements that deliver long-term success for clients and substantial earnings for you.
- Be a contributor to thought leadership as we build our brandand help you build yours.

Your Profile
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in agency recruiting or consultative sales.

- Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms (training on our tools will be provided).
- A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit with the ambition to build a long-term legacy.
