Key Responsibilities

• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Provide nursing care for outpatient surgery and infusion patients with a patient ratio of 3:1
• Administer and monitor infusion medications including blood, platelets, IVIG, IV fluids, and antibiotics; perform some titrations
• Float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed
• Document and manage patient care using EPIC EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active Iowa RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA required
• ACLS certification through AHA required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Valid driver's license required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CNOR certification preferred
• Experience with infusion therapy and medication titrations
• Prior travel nursing experience welcome; first-time travelers accepted
