Key Responsibilities Welcome and engage prospective buyers visiting our model homes and communities. Build and maintain relationships through networking, Realtor partnerships, referrals, events, and prospecting activities. Conduct professional home and community tours tailored to each buyer's needs. Present the features, benefits, and lifestyle advantages of our homes and communities. Guide buyers through the sales process from initial inquiry through contract and closing. Maintain regular communication with customers during the construction process to ensure a positive experience.Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions. Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry education to stay current on market trends and product offerings. What We're Looking For Qualifications Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker License. Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. Proven ability to build trust and long-term client relationships. Strong organizational and time management skills. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Positive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset. Weekend availability. Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.
