About the Role

The Company is seeking a Deputy Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to serve as an operational leader and strategic execution partner. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, product, AI, cloud, IT, and executive teams to ensure that security is integrated into the business in a practical, risk-based, and scalable manner. The Deputy CISO will also be a key figure in balancing strong security governance with the need to move quickly and achieve business objectives, all while managing enterprise risk. Key responsibilities for the Deputy CISO include security strategy execution, business enablement, and risk partnership. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating strategic security priorities into operational plans and will be instrumental in driving a culture of secure enablement. They will oversee the execution of various security programs, continuously improve the security organization's operational maturity, and build strong partnerships across the business. The role also involves customer and executive engagement, serving as a credible representative of the security organization, and supporting strategic engagements that require executive-level security credibility. Organizational leadership is a critical aspect, with a focus on scaling and maturing the security organization and mentoring future security leaders.
