To support a growing legal practice, the full-time Illinois Licensed Personal Injury Paralegal will manage a prelitigation caseload from intake through settlement, serve as a primary point of contact for clients, and utilize technology to ensure efficient case progression while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage a prelitigation personal injury caseload, providing proactive updates to clients and monitoring medical treatment Request, organize, and review case documentation, ensuring completeness and timely progression toward settlement Collaborate closely with attorneys to evaluate cases, identify issues, and develop effective case strategies Required qualifications 2+ years of personal injury prelitigation experience preferred Experience managing a personal injury caseload independently Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Proficiency in using technology, including experience with Litify as a major plus Ability to communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers
