Director of Administrative Services HR and Payroll

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Director of Administrative Services HR and Payroll to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing daily human resource functions, including hiring, benefits administration, payroll, and employee relations. Responsibilities:

• Administer human resource functions, including hiring, onboarding, and training new employees

• Manage benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations

• Oversee payroll processing, including accurate and timely payment of wages and benefits

• Administer employee relations, including conducting performance evaluations, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance and support to employees

• Coordinate employee attendance and leave of absence requests

• Manage employee records, including personnel files and benefits information

Requirements:

• College degree preferred, high school graduate or equivalent required

• HRIS knowledge and experience with payroll and time & attendance software preferred

• Ability to work with staff pleasantly and confidentially in resolving HR-related inquiries

• Ability to read, write, and understand English and follow oral and written instructions

• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and people skills

• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite and other software
