At CountryHouse Residence, an Agemark Senior Living community, our Caregivers play an important role in helping residents feel safe, supported, and at home. We’re looking for a Full-Time Evening Shift Caregiver who brings compassion, reliability, and a genuine desire to serve older adults. What You’ll Do

• Daily Support: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, meals, and personal care.
• Resident Well-Being: Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition or concerns.
• Meaningful Connections: Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Engagement: Encourage residents to participate in activities that promote connection, independence, and enjoyment.
• Teamwork: Work closely with team members to provide personalized, compassionate care.
• Safety & Dignity: Help maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every resident.

What We’re Looking For

• Compassion: Patience and a genuine interest in serving older adults.
• Positive Attitude: A caring approach and willingness to make each day better for residents.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with residents, families, and team members.
• Dependability: Reliable and ready to support residents and your team during scheduled shifts.
• Experience: Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required. Training is provided.
