HSA Employer Contribution! Job Details We are looking for multiple Project Managers to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. With multiple needs, the years of experience is flexible, so please feel free to apply at all levels. This is a permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity to lead and manage large-scale healthcare projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in construction management, budgeting, quality control, scheduling, cost control, team leadership, safety management, procurement, resource allocation, blueprint reading, and site management. Responsibilities Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors. Select tools, materials, and equipment and track inventory. Meet contractual conditions of performance. Review the work progress on a daily basis. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones. Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status. Ensure all safety guidelines are followed strictly and establish a safe work environment. Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain necessary permits and licenses. Qualifications 2 - 10+ years of Project Management experience with an electrical contractor Must have healthcare and/or pharmaceutical construction project experience Must have managed full-scope electrical scopes Strong commercial electrical construction background Experience managing budgets, labor tracking, scheduling, and change orders Ability to coordinate subcontractors, procurement, QA/QC, and safety initiatives Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
