We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in San Rafael, California. Experienced Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) may also be considered for this role with the right background.

Location: San Rafael, CA Contract: 13-Week Assignment, Temp to Perm available! 36 Hours per Week Pay: $65$75 per hour Start Date: Flexible May Consider Experienced PTA

Assignment Details:

• 13-week travel contract
• 36 hours per week
• Day shift
• Skilled Nursing Facility setting

Compensation:

• $65$75/hour, based on experience
• Weekly pay available

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans (PT role)
• Provide skilled therapy services to short-term rehab and long-term care patients
• Document treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to maximize patient mobility and function

Qualifications:

• Active California PT license
• Experienced PTA candidates may be considered
• SNF or geriatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to start ASAP
