( Territories designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling )

Compensation & Earning Potential

Pay-per-visit model: $65–$70 per visit + Medicare differential pay
Average full-time earnings: $95K+ annually
Quarterly bonus opportunities

Your Role as a Home Health Occupational Therapist

• Conduct patient evaluations and home environment assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders
• Provide therapy focused on improving functional mobility and daily living skills
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and safety techniques
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Supervise and delegate care to  Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)when appropriate

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Occupational Therapist license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• CPR certification
• Ability to supervise COTAs
• Home health experience preferred, but not required
