WAGE: $30.50 WITH POTENTIAL INCENTIVE PAY!

Manage all aspects of retail thrift store including staffing, donation processing and pricing, sales floor presentation, and administrative oversight. Retail Logistics Management: Manage store logistics, inventory, and store performance/goals Manage entire donated goods process: donation door to production area to sales floor to preparation for outlet/recycling Oversee production and pricing of donated merchandise Maintain safe and clean store environment Leadership/Supervision: Oversee store management team supervises daily operations Recruit, hire, train and terminate staff Work as a team to meet budget and production goals Administrative Oversight: Ensure adherence to organization’s policies and procedures Provide regular and accurate reporting to human resources, asset protection, safety, finance, and other departments Complete required safety assessments Oversee store budget, staffing, and goals Requirements Experience supervising and hiring staff. Computer skills, including email, intranet, metrics applications for data entry, Microsoft Word, webinar/conference call, etc. Budget management and tracking. Leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills. Physical Requirements Able to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with staff and customers. Able to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility. Able to lift and carry 20-100 pounds with team lifting or mechanical assistance. Able to stand, stoop, bend, or carry for extended periods. Tolerant to extreme changes in temperature and humidity. May be required to work more than 40 hours per week. Will have to work evenings, weekends, and extended shifts to manage Goodwill store’s needs Have reliable transportation, a good driving record, valid driver’s license, and proof of personal vehicle insurance. All positions require the completion of a background check. Acknowledging or having criminal convictions does not constitute an automatic bar to employment. Experience 3-5 years of supervisory/management experience, preferably in retail. High school diploma or equivalent.
