Claims Coordinator – Restoration IndustryJoin our team and help guide homeowners through one of the most important processes after a disaster—restoring their peace of mind.We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Claims Coordinator to manage restoration claims from start to finish. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping people, and are highly organized—we want to meet you.What You'll Do:Manage claims from First Notice of Loss (FNOL) through job completion using our CRMDispatch technicians based on availability and job urgencyTrack job progress to ensure we meet insurance carrier SLAs and internal deadlinesCommunicate clearly with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and mortgage companiesReview and upload documents, job notes, and photos—follow up on anything missingAssist with or draft Xactimate estimates; ensure accuracy before submissionHandle customer concerns quickly and escalate issues when necessaryKeep daily job documentation organized and up to dateWork closely with Project Managers, Estimators, and technicians to keep projects movingWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or GED required; college preferred1–3 years of Xactimate (X1 or 28) experience preferredStrong customer service and communication skillsExcellent organization, time management, and attention to detailComfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM toolsCalm and professional under pressureIICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, OCT, etc.) a plusWhy You'll Love Working With Us:Make a meaningful impact during people's toughest timesSupportive team atmosphere with room for growthCompetitive pay, training, and benefitsFast-paced, never-boring environmentOpportunity to learn restoration and claims management from the inside outPhysical Requirements:Sitting and computer use for extended periodsOccasional lifting (up to 20 lbs)Frequent typing, phone use, and task switchingCompensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hourBuilt on a foundation of great brands and employees with a passion for service, our vision is to be the leading provider of essential services through empowered people, world-class customer service and convenient access.
