The role covers new business, underwriting, structuring, closing, and relationship management.Responsibilities:Understand client needs and match them with credit and deposit solutionsBuild a book of local businesses and commercial real estate clientsAnalyze credit risk on new requests and renewalsWrite loan memos and prepare loan documentsOpen accounts and cross-sell treasury management servicesMeet growth and relationship goalsQualifications:Bachelor's degree preferredExperience in commercial lending or underwritingPolished presentation and proposal skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsOrganized and able to juggle multiple prioritiesCompetitive salary and bonus.Partner with banks all over Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region and learn about their openings before they're advertised.
