Role and Responsibilities Withlimited supervision, perform primary and routine hose assembly operations inaccordance with military and other assembly standards using blueprints/drawings,visual aids, and verbal and written instructions. SKILLS/SPECIFICATIONS Strong attention todetail Ability totake direction, meet targets, and work efficiently under a supervisingauthority. Mustexhibit a physical competency in handling light lifting and otherstrenuous activities associated with this position Perform other duties when assigned by supervisor and uppermanagement. Must bedetail-oriented and have basic math skills and knowledge of measuringdevices. A motivatedworker who can handle delegated tasks autonomously. Qualifications and Education Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Minimum of one (1) or two (2) yearsof previous experience preferred. JOB REQUIREMENTS Perform a wide range of complex assembly operationson components or subassemblies in accordance with military and other assemblystandards using blueprints/drawings, visual aids, and verbal and or writteninstructions. Prep components before assembly, clean, mark, andinspect components, subassemblies, or completed assemblies. Test/environmentally test finished assemblies. Set up and operate necessaryequipment and machinery Spray,paint, and mix various compounds. Observeproper health and safety procedures in handling hazardous chemicals. Identifyand report to the lead or supervisor any difficulty that would affect thecorrectness and quality of the work in progress. Followand support Lean and 5S initiatives.
