We strive to have the highest effective wage in the market (base+comm+productivity+tips). Last week our avg effective wage was over $40/hr. Some make more, some make less but no one earns less than $23/hr (FT-base wage.). Hands on training to help ensure your success! Cosmetology or barber license and some experience required.
