Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the leasing process, providing exceptional customer service to prospective tenants while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of property leasing, real estate administration, and facilities management.
Schedule
8 hour shift, Monday-Friday 9-6pm and rotating Saturday's 10-4pm.

Duties
- Assist prospective tenants in finding suitable rental properties by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits to potential renters.
- Manage the application process, including data entry and verification of applicant information.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements related to property leasing.
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and follow up with leads to maximize occupancy rates.
- Collaborate with property management teams to address tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively communicate the value of properties to potential tenants.
- Proficiency in data entry and management systems.
- Knowledge of facilities management practices is beneficial.
- A solid understanding of Fair Housing regulations is essential for compliance.
