Accounting Coordinator

About the Position: Höganäs in North America is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to work at our Hollsopple, PA plant with the possibility of a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities Registers, processes, and verifies invoices with corresponding purchase orders to facilitate invoicing approvals. Verifies and processes expense reports. Performs end of month closings. Collects and maintains W-9s for all vendors. Completes and files 1099’s, 1042’s, and other various required documents. Responsible for issuing all vendor payments according to company terms. Performs account reconciliations. Actively exhibits leadership capabilities in all aspects of their work. Maintains a safe working environment for themselves and others. Displays conscious awareness of what is required to ensure a sustainable Höganäs. Qualifications Associate’s Degree in Accounting. Two years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
