Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care to residents, including but not limited to: Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Conducting vital signs and monitoring patient conditions Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Providing emotional support and companionship to residents Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and a culture of excellence Requirements: Current LPN license in the state of Florida Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation environment Strong compassion and empathy for patients and their families Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Work Schedule: All Shifts Available #J-18808-Ljbffr
