Job Description This is a part‑time, hourly position with 2–4 shifts per week, including some weekends. Responsibilities Manage the store shift and ensure all team members carry out their responsibilities. Ensure safety, training, and compliance with company policies throughout the shift. Oversee daily operations, sales, and profitability during the assigned shift. Lead by example and maintain a positive, compliant workplace culture.
