Job Description

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and craft personalized therapy strategies to support their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and activities of daily living.
• Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Share valuable insights and therapy techniques with patients and their caregivers to foster continued improvement at home.
• Assess and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring patients remain on track for success.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Continuing education or post-graduate certifications encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Currently active with an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• Valid NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
