About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12.5 hours Experience: Minimum of 24 months PCU experience with recent experience in the last 12 months License: Active license to practice verified in the last 30 days Certifications: - Active ACLS certification from approved vendor - Active BLS certification from approved vendor Must-Have: - No hits on state license to practice - Driver's license to verify residency - Completed PCU skills checklist in the last 12 months Description: Candidates must be experienced and willing to work in a surgical stepdown environment. Candidates are required to wear navy scrubs. Candidates must be flexible to float between different campuses as needed. Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date or no more than one week later. Requests for time off cannot exceed 7 days. There will be no requests for time off during the first week of assignment. All candidates must clearly outline all criteria they are willing to accept. The more flexible candidates are with locations, shifts, and departments, the faster an offer can be secured. Candidates should list all facilities they are willing to work in, all shifts they are willing to work, and all departments they are experienced in and willing to work. All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept the position. Immediate notification is required if a candidate withdraws or is no longer available. Strict adherence to all background check standards is required.
