Payment Posting Specialist

We're partnering with a growing healthcare organization seeking a Cash Posting Specialist to support high-volume payment posting and refund workflows. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, Excel-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving processes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Post payments and manage cash application activities across multiple systems

• Review and interpret EOBs to ensure accurate payment posting and reconciliation

• Track and report daily cash activity, providing updates to leadership throughout the day

• Process refunds and conduct research to resolve discrepancies

• Handle incoming mail, including checks and claims, ensuring timely routing and processing

• Print and prepare claims with required documentation for submission

• Navigate multiple portals and systems to support both automated and manual posting workflows

• Collaborate with finance and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely processing

What Your Work History Should Show

• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle, cash posting, or medical billing

• Ability to read and interpret EOBs

• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail

• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, sorting, and tracking data

• Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive work with accuracy

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing processes

Additional Details

Location: 100% onsite in Kirkland, WA

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:30-9:00 AM start

Pay Rate: $30/hr.-$33/hr.

Employment Model: Temp-to-Hire

Compliance: Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Additional Info: Overtime may be required
