Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Overview Transylvania Regional Hospital seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to support safe, patient-centered care in our community hospital. This role coordinates nursing workflows, serves as a clinical resource, and supports quality, safety, and documentation standards. The Coordinator facilitates patient flow, mentors staff, and collaborates with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Coordinate nursing workflows and patient care delivery within the unit to support safe, patient-centered care. Serve as a clinical resource for nursing staff and an integral member of the interdisciplinary team. Support quality, safety, and documentation standards and contribute to quality improvement efforts. Facilitate patient flow and mentoring of staff.
