Credentialing & Continuing Education Specialist Established healthcare organization is seeking a Credentialing & Continuing Education Specialist to support physician credentialing, provider onboarding, licensing compliance, and continuing education tracking. Responsibilities Manage provider credentialing and recredentialing activities Maintain physician and provider records in credentialing systems Track licenses, certifications, registrations, and renewal deadlines Coordinate provider onboarding and facility privileging requirements Work with insurance carriers, healthcare facilities, and providers to ensure timely completion of credentialing requirements Maintain continuing education records and monitor compliance requirements Research and coordinate educational programs, conferences, and certification courses Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation Qualifications 2+ years of credentialing, provider enrollment, healthcare administration, or related experience Knowledge of healthcare credentialing processes and regulatory requirements Experience working with provider records, licensing, certifications, or compliance documentation Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up abilities Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience with CAQH, provider enrollment, hospital privileging, or physician onboarding Healthcare, medical practice, hospital, or radiology industry experience This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented healthcare administrative professional seeking a stable role with long-term growth potential in a respected medical organization.
