Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We're partnering with a growing home infusion pharmacy that's looking for a Pharmacy Manager to lead daily operations, mentor an experienced team, and help deliver exceptional infusion care in a collaborative environment.

Compensation: $150,000–$170,000 annually, based on experience

What You'll Be Doing
Lead the day-to-day operations of a busy home infusion pharmacy
Oversee sterile compounding, IV admixture services, and pharmacy workflow
Mentor, train, and support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
Partner with physicians, nurses, and clinical teams to ensure outstanding patient care
Maintain compliance with USP <797>/<800> standards while driving quality improvements

What We're Looking For
Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing
Previous pharmacy leadership or management experience
Home infusion experience preferred (specialty pharmacy experience also considered)
Strong knowledge of sterile compounding, IV therapies, and pharmacy operations
Experience with CPR+ and/or CareTend is a plus

Schedule
Monday-Friday
8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Administrative on-call responsibilities
