Physical Therapist (PT) – New York Metro Area Chinese Speaking

HealthYes is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a well-established outpatient healthcare organization in New York City. The practice serves a diverse, high-volume patient population and offers a stable outpatient environment with strong clinical and administrative support.

 

COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE

• $60–$85 per hour

• Compensation based on experience, schedule, and patient volume

 

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor patient progress. The role includes hands-on therapy, patient education, and collaboration with other healthcare providers to optimize outcomes.

This is a patient-facing role supported by an experienced care team and established operational systems.

 

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Active New York State PT license (or ability to obtain)

• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese)

• Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills

• Interest in long-term stability and consistent outpatient practice

 

PRACTICE ENVIRONMENT

• Outpatient-focused clinical setting

• Established patient base with consistent demand

• Strong administrative and clinical support

• Locations across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Flushing
