Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in our clinical team by delivering evidence-based therapy to various client populations. Your primary responsibilities include:

- Conducting assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families. \n
- Providing therapy sessions that may include joint sessions with couples and individual sessions for each partner. \n
- Addressing a diverse range of issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, communication difficulties, and blended family dynamics. \n
- Utilizing telemedicine tools to conduct sessions, along with the option for in-person appointments as needed. \n
- Documenting client progress and tailoring treatment modalities to meet evolving patient needs. \n
- Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and referral when necessary for additional services. \n
Your work will encompass a broad demographic, including both adults and child/adolescent populations. You will have the opportunity to engage with clients facing various life challenges, including but not limited to:

- Emotional and psychological distress related to separation and divorce. \n
- Family conflicts that hinder effective communication. \n
- Coping mechanisms related to stressful job environments and health-related challenges. \n
- Adjustment and adaptation issues arising from family transitions and life events. \n
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

- A valid and active state's license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution. \n
In addition to the required qualifications, the following attributes are preferred:

- Experience working with diverse age groups, including adults and children. \n
- Proficiency in teletherapy and familiarity with digital healthcare tools. \n
- Ability to demonstrate clinical excellence and a patient-centered approach. \n
- Flexibility in scheduling, with an emphasis on availability for 30 hours or more each week. \n
