Job Description

Job Summary:
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is responsible for providing mental health and psychosocial support across various units. This role requires cross-training to work flexibly as needed, ensuring comprehensive patient care delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy and counseling services to diverse patient populations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document clinical interventions and progress in compliance with organizational standards.
• Maintain licensure and certification requirements, including timely renewals.
• Participate in training to ensure cross-unit competency and adaptability.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid CA State LCSW license with applicable certifications.
• Demonstrate at least 4 years of relevant clinical social work experience.
• Possess current AHA or ARC certifications with valid expiration dates.
• Have excellent assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Be capable of working variable shifts, including every other weekend and floating to different units.
• Comply with all travel and onboarding requirements, including timely submission of documentation.
