Overview

JST is currently seeking a Senior Salesforce QA Tester to join our team.

This is a full-time hybrid position at Buckley AFB, CO (3 days per week on-site) . JST offers a full benefit package, a collaborative work environment and strong company culture. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply.

Senior Salesforce QA Tester Responsibilities

• Develop Test plans and execute Tests in a Salesforce environment
• Provide mentorship for a team of quality assurance testers
• Perform different types of testing, including functional, end-to-end, and regression testing
• Perform Quality Assurance and control
• Report testing status updates, defects/issues, and results
• Develop test cases/scripts and prioritize testing activities
• Collaborate with developers, product owners/SMEs, and other stakeholders
• Identify roles/skills required for tests.
• Identify test coverage to ensure all changes in process are tested.
• Advise executive stakeholders on key issues and interfaces with other top subject matter experts.
• Provide expert guidance and insight into specific business domains and technologies.

Senior Salesforce QA Tester Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering, Mathematics or Business
• Expert knowledge of testing methodologies and tools, including Agile
• Experience with Salesforce testing and other third party test applications.
• Experience in development, requirements, configuration management.
• Understanding of AF HR Personnel processes.
• Recognized within industry as an innovator driving new best practices and standards within specific scope.

Required Clearances and Screenings

• MUST be able to successfully pass a drug screen and background check
