Job Title: Scrum Master Location: Hybrid – Boston, MA | Chicago, IL | Denver, CO | Los Angeles, CA | Miami, FL | New York, NY | Palo Alto, CA | Reston, VA | San Diego, CA | San Francisco, CA | Santa Monica, CA | Seattle, WA | Washington, DC Hourly Pay Range and Other Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $80.00 – $93.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employment Type: Contract FLSA Status: Exempt Schedule: Monday – Friday, standard business hours (hybrid schedule) Job Summary: Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring for a contract opportunity with a leading global law firm. The Scrum Master will support Agile software development teams by facilitating delivery, gathering business requirements, managing project workflows, and serving as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support product team delivery
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Assist with backlog prioritization and project tracking
• Partner with stakeholders and development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Manage projects and documentation within Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
• Create reports, dashboards, and process documentation
• Conduct impact assessments and identify process improvement opportunities
• Maintain team documentation and knowledge repositories

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or related roles
• Experience supporting multiple Agile product teams
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional services or law firm experience is a plus
