Join our team and be part of a welcoming environment that blends college-town energy with warm hospitality. **Pay Range:**$16.90-$27.00The Night Auditor is responsible for performing end-of-day financial tasks, providing guest services during overnight hours, and ensuring the safety and security of the hotel. This role combines front desk operations with basic accounting duties to deliver a smooth transition between business days.**Job Description****Job Title**: Night Auditor**Department:** Front Office/Guest Services**Supervision Exercised:** N/A**Supervision Received:** Operations Manager, Guest Services Supervisor**Job Summary:** The Night Auditor is responsible for performing end-of-day financial tasks, providing guest services during overnight hours, and ensuring the safety and security of the hotel. This role combines front desk operations with basic accounting duties to deliver a smooth transition between business days.**This position will only be 1 shift a week and occasionally to fill in for coverage (request days off and vacations).****Job Duties** include the following**:***Guest Services & Operations:** Completes all daily night audit & front desk checklist.* Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.* Resolve guest issues, complaints, and requests with a sense of urgency and empathy.* Ensure that all front desk procedures (room assignments, payment processing, key distribution) are performed accurately.* Maintain knowledge of all hotel features, services, hours of operation, room types* Ensure all reservations that need to be made manually are in the system.* Assists in executing goals such as HH enrollments and raising survey scores.*Administrative & Communication:** Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions.* Run and review daily reports (e.g., room charges, revenue summaries)* Audit and verify front desk and food & beverage postings and transactions.* Ensure all reservations, cancellations and no-shows are properly logged.* Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, engineering, F&B) to ensure guest needs are met utilizing tools like Quore, Outlook, Hotel Radios to communicate.**Minimum Requirements:*** A minimum of one (1) year of front office and experience preferably within a Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt or other hotel brand.* Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work weekends, holidays and overnight shifts.* Must have exceptional customer service skills.***Position Disclaimer:*** This job description reflects the general nature and level of work performed in this role and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications.
